Designated Roles and Responsibilities:

At The Willows Day Nursery (Chatteris) the staffing team have designated roles and responsibilities in addition to their normal roles and responsibilities on a day to day basis.  ALL of our staff have paediatric and infant first aid training despite this not being mandatory.  We like to go above and beyond to ensure your child is in safe hands aqt all times.  Below is a list of what these roles and responsibilities are and should you need to speak with a member of staff, where you are most likley to find them within the setting.
